Useful.. but the "Look and Feel" needs Improvements

There is a lot of improvement needed in the look & feel department.. my main request is:

[1] that us users be able to adjust where the tabs are placed it looks very awkard having a Notes tab on the center of my left edge and then having a Social tab at the far top corner of my left edge. Very weird. Ive tried everything to fix it, but have realized it is not an option yet.
