Excellent Utility

TabLauncher allows you to configure this app in several ways to suit your taste and working style.
Tabs can be sized, colored and arranged in any order that you choose.

Were using TabLauncher in Lion OS X as an adjunct to Apples Dock, which has been reduced to Finder and Trash.

Although bugs listed by John Klecker are valid, they are minimal when you consider the usefulness of grouping apps into tabs.
Customer support is commendable - rapid response and easy to follow directions for correcting problems.

Definitely recommend this app for users who like to keep multiple apps organized and quickly available for use.
