Nice but needs some improvements

Great app, but not perfect.
I would like to see the items centered in each tab and not all on the right side.
I would also like to be able to open a folder and navigate throught it directly from Tab Launcher (like Apples dock).
The white "light" under an open app is a bit ugly.
